Refund policy

Automatic refunds

• If an order can't be delivered (e.g. out of stock), you are not charged — or the full amount goes back to your wallet straight away.
• If an order waiting for manual delivery is cancelled, the full amount goes back to your wallet.

Faulty keys

If a key doesn't work, message @7spy0 on Discord within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and proof (e.g. a screenshot of the error). If we confirm the problem we replace the key or refund that key to your wallet.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to your panel wallet. Delivered keys that work are not refundable, and refunded keys are not returned to stock for you to reuse.

Wallet deposits and unlocks

Wallet deposits and one-time unlocks (branding, sub-resellers) are not refundable once used. Unused wallet balance may be refunded to the original payment method at our discretion if your account is closed for a reason that isn't your fault. Chargebacks lead to an immediate ban.
