Terms of service

Your account

• Keep your password (and 2FA) safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account and API key.
• One person or business per account. Accounts and wallets can't be sold or transferred.
• Information in your application must be true.

Wallet, prices and tiers

• Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet at the price shown when you order.
• Your tier (and discount) is set by your largest single deposit; several smaller deposits do not add up. Tiers never go down, but we may change tier prices and thresholds for the future.
• Wallet balance is credit for use in the panel, not a bank account, and is not paid out in cash. See the Refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may not: resell to people or for purposes that break the law or the product's own terms; use stolen payment methods or file chargebacks for orders you received; share or leak keys publicly; try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the panel; or abuse other resellers or our team.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms, is involved in fraud or chargebacks, or puts other users at risk. You will see the reason when you try to sign in. Sub-resellers and customers under a suspended reseller are suspended with them.

Liability

The panel is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the panel means you accept it. Questions? Message @7spy0 on Discord.
